I bought my doorbell in a store and it looks like it have been used so there is already a owner attched to the doorbell… since I don’t know the last owner, how do I change the ownership??
Hi @Oddi. In this case, I would recommend contacting the store you purchased the Doorbell from and exchanging it for a new one. Let them know it is still associated with the previous owner. If they’re unable to exchange it for you, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here so they can take a look for you.
