I’m having trouble correcting an error in my address! The ring system was given as a house warming gift and listed at wrong address! That address remains and I have tried everything to chance it! I also can’t fine any other way to contact ring no phone #! Frustrated close to snatching it out!!!
Hi @cfpolite. Did you set the Ring device up under your Ring account? If so, you can change your address under the menu in the top left > Settings > Address. If you did not set the devices up yourself, then you were likely added as a Shared User and the owner of the device will need to edit the address.
