Hi @cfpolite. Did you set the Ring device up under your Ring account? If so, you can change your address under the menu in the top left > Settings > Address. If you did not set the devices up yourself, then you were likely added as a [Shared User](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211018223-Adding-a-Shared-User-to-Your-Ring-Account) and the owner of the device will need to edit the address.
