Change internet connection

I changed internet provider and need to update my ring doorbell 2 with the new internet provider. How do I go about doing that?

Hey @Bigsky19. If you go into the Ring app > Main Menu > Devices > Doorbell > Device Health > Reconnect or Change Wifi Network, you can reconnect it there! It’ll take you through another setup of your device to get it connected to the new network.

Where on the doorbell is the 5 digit code that it needs?

Hi @Wendi312. Depending on the model of Ring Video Doorbell you have, the location of the 5-digit pin code varies. Most will have it on the back of the Ring Device or on the side of the Ring Device after removing the faceplate. The 5 digit pin code also comes on a slip of paper that came with your Ring Device packaging. After locating the 5 digit pin code, you can follow the steps here to continue. I hope this helps!
