I changed email and now I can’t get my Ring Doorbell 2 to reset. How do I correct this problem
Hi there, @Weisermac! An email change should not impact the operation of your Ring device, as long as you are able to regain access to the owner Ring account. If you are trying to change the account in which the Video Doorbell resides on, you may need to follow the steps in our Change of Ownership process.
