Help! I cannot access my Ring app. It says certificate validation failure. I have reinstalled the app and restarted my phone.
Hi @MamaDukes. Please ensure that you are not on a VPN and that you have a stable connection to the internet via wifi or cellular data. You may also want to uninstall the Ring App, restart your phone to clear the cache, and then reinstall the Ring App before attempting to sign in again.
