Cellular Backup Stopped Working and no longer displays on App

My cellular backup last worked on April 6th, 2020. Since then the base station no longer switches to cellular backup when the network connection fails (it has failed several times since April 6th) . The cellular signal strength indicator no longer shows on the app either.

Any suggestions?
