My doorbell is picking up cars driving by as a person. I’ve had issues since a couple of updates have happens. I readjusted the doorbell, been though there were no issues before, and it still doesn’t work. Our area has increased in crime 
And I need this to work. Is there a telephone number to Ring? Thank you for any help.
Hi @CK32020! Check out our help center article about People Only Mode. You’ll see it states that certain reflections or reflective surfaces can trigger a motion alert, even with People Only Mode enabled.
We’ve seen many neighbors alter settings or even mounting angle due to nearby vehicle activity or roadways. If you are wanting to capture more, due to increased crime in the area, I recommend optimizing your motion settings to detect and alert for as much as possible. I hope this helps!
