Car motion picked up as Person

My doorbell is picking up cars driving by as a person. I’ve had issues since a couple of updates have happens. I readjusted the doorbell, been though there were no issues before, and it still doesn’t work. Our area has increased in crime ☹️ And I need this to work. Is there a telephone number to Ring?
