Hi, I have been trying to connect my car camera to LTE, but it refuses to connect and gives a “signal weak” message and then asks me to connect to my wireless network. My cell phone is an iPhone 14.
Please can you help in letting me know what the solution for this is? I already subscribed to Ring Protect Go.
Hi @wabutaha. It’s possible you are not receiving a strong LTE signal where your car is currently located. If you’re receiving this message in multiple locations, try rebooting the Car Cam by holding down the setup button on the top for about 7 seconds. If this persists after the reboot and testing out multiple locations, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here so they can take a closer look.
