Haven’t been able to download video for months via the app, using web browser is also useless due to the Car Cams format. Just recently the Car Cam died altogether. I’ve been using it since purchase in February of 2023. A replacement is not available according to support due to the fact that they are on backorder. Additionally, this causes further frustration. A support note has been posted, but no ticket or automatic replacement can be ordered due to a system limitation. Instead I’m required to call and call again until the new ones arrive. I was told this could be as late as February 2024. I am writing this to share my experience. I’m open to advice. Thanks
