can't watch live video

my device disconnects and stops working … I take the battery and put it back and it works again … but I always have to do this

For live video concerns, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Ring app, to ensure it’s up to date and operating well with your mobile device.

If the camera is disconnecting, the best thing to check is the signal strength, or RSSI, in Device Health. Let us know how it goes! :slight_smile:

My camera is stick up cam. The signal strength is very good

Can you please perform a reset of your Stick Up Cam, @yycont ? Press and hold the button for ~15 seconds and complete the set up. Please let us know the outcome. Thanks!
