Can't setup or factory reset a popup camera

I have a wireless op-up camera connected to a solar panel.

A week ago, the camera disconnected from my wifi.
Its at the edge of my wifi range, and I’ve had to reconnect it before.
I went outside to follow the trouble shooter.

The blue light is on constantly, so no issue with power.
However, pressing the orange button wouldn’t put the camera into setup mode.
Furthermore, doing a factory reset by holding down the button also did nothing.

In both cases a solid blue light resolutely stayed on throughout.

Any ideas?

Hi @Platypuss. Can you specify the type of camera you have? You can view the specific model in the Ring app under the Device Health menu. You can also view the RSSI for the device in that menu.
