Can't set up doorbell 2

Trying to set up by following the steps in the app. Scanned the bar code. Then fitted the battery. The blue led’s flash 1second on and off about a dozen times. I’m then told to press the button in the top right which I do but nothing happens. There’s so posed to be a white rotation of lights but there’s absolutely nothing. The battery is fully charged. Any help

Hi @rigger100472. Try to reset your device by holding the Setup Button down for 20 seconds and then releasing it. After it goes through it boot up cycle, try putting your Ring Doorbell into setup mode. If it is unable to enter Setup Mode, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
