Cant set up chime

Just purchased a ring 3 with chimes doorbell. When I try to set up chime it get so far but I am unable to see ring 3 on the list. It comes up with ‘not seeing your device upgrade to the latest Ring app in your app store’ Well there isn’t a choice in the ring app to upgrade. My amplifier keeps flasing slowly green . what do I do !!! (please)

Hi @Felix99. It sounds like your Ring app is out of date. I would try removing the Ring app from your mobile phone, rebooting your phone, then reinstalling the Ring app. This will ensure you are running on the latest version of the app and allow you to add your Chime. Once the Ring app has downloaded, you’ll need to sign back in. I hope this helps!
