Can't open motion after charging my ring

Hello. I can’t open motion detection after charging my ring. Could you fixed this for me? Below is screenshot

Hi @milosz1. I’d recommend performing a quick reboot on your Doorbell by tapping the reboot option from the Device Health screen. This will take a few minutes. Next, check the signal strength on the Device Health screen to ensure that your Doorbell has a strong and stable connection to your wifi network. If the network is unstable or experiencing interference, this can prevent the Doorbell from being able to successfully record and process an event.
