I'd recommend performing a quick [reboot](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-) on your Doorbell by tapping the reboot option from the Device Health screen. This will take a few minutes. Next, check the [signal strength](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Checking-Wifi-Signal-Strength) on the Device Health screen to ensure that your Doorbell has a strong and stable connection to your wifi network. If the network is unstable or experiencing interference, this can prevent the Doorbell from being able to successfully record and process an event.
