The visitor can hear me but I can’t hear him talking back when I use the RING app on my mac.
On my iPhone, audio works in both directions.
How do I get the sound from the visitor to my mac to work?

Hey @Sweden. You will need to make sure you have Bluetooth disabled, as this could be controlling the audio as well. I recommend also trying to remove the Ring app from your Mac, restart your computer, and then reinstall the app to see if this helps you re-enable the permissions to allow the audio to play from your computer.
