Can't hear people live pro doorbell on s10+

I don’t speak to people via my pro doorbell often but have noticed on the last 2 occasions I cannot hear the other person. They can hear me fine. When I view the video back afterwards I can hear them fine in the recording. My phone is galaxy s10+. I try altering volume etc but nothing works.

Is anyone else having this issue or can anyone offer any suggestions?

Hi @McLovin, do you have any bluetooth devices connected to your phone while you are connected to the Ring app? If you can, please disable any bluetooth devices and then enable a Live View. This will be best to do with someone else so they can talk to the Doorbell so you can see if you hear them.
