Can't fully see cameras and options on PC screen. Can't scroll up or down.

When loggin in using my PC, I can see a recently recorded image but I can’t scroll down to see other cameras and menu. I have Windows 10 pro. Thanks.

Hey @jpanedajr. Can you please attach a screenshot of what you see when you sign-in on your computer? Also, are you on the Ring website or on the Ring App for Windows? Once I have a bit more information, I should be able to address your concern! :slight_smile:
