When i search ring app on google play android os, nothing close to that pops up. On the website it has a link that says “Get the ring app!”, but when you go to it, it just gives a vague description that says “search for ‘ring app’ on google play”. No picture of the app logo. No exact app name.
Hi @jimothy1989. I recommend going over our Mobile Device Compatibility page in our Help Center to find out if your smart phone is able to download the Ring app. If your smart phone is compatible, what model phone do you have? What Android OS do you have?
