Cant contact previous owner for them to de register product

Hi there,

Ive inherited the video doorbell 3 from the previous owner of the house but ive not been able to contact them for me to be able to register the product in my name. Ive tried calling support but haven’t had any joy in getting through.

Is there anything else I can do to make this work or is there anyone on here who can help me out.
