When I try to connect manually. it starts to connect and goes to 95% then it stopped. Left it there for 1/2 hour and it never moved??
Hi @user67569. Try the following steps for your concern:

Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds.

Reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in.

If possible, bring your Doorbell into the same room as your router while it updates.
