Cant connect to wifi

It’s not asking for WiFi password .just jeeps saying could not connect

Hi neighbor! When the Ring app setup process fails prior to wifi connection steps, this could be due to mobile device connection. Please ensure there is not a vpn enabled, and if possible, try the setup on another mobile device. Depending on the model of Ring device you have, some are battery-powered and some voltage powered, please ensure power is sufficient for setup.

Here are our help center articles for setting up the different Video Doorbells models. I recommend also having your Video Doorbell near your wifi router during the setup process.
