Can't configure ring doorbell pro

My device continues to lighting on and off but it doesn’t let me get into the setup mode. I have try pressing orange button and also I have try full reset. But always is the same.

Hi @rayrolando2405. When you’re attempting to reset the Doorbell, make sure you’re holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. If you still can’t get the Doorbell into setup mode after trying a reset, our support team can look into this with you further.
