Cant cannot WiFi Access Point

Spotlight Pro WiFi.
Connects to mobile hotspot perfect and streaming perfect etc.
Have WiFi Access Point in garden with excellent signal and also working perfect.

But for whatever reason!!! the Spotlight Pro just can’t connect to it.
I’ve rebooted and reset but when connecting to the AP it gets as far as 95% then says there may be settings to change on the router.

Any please have any ideas!
2.4Ghz all perfect and camera is detecting but just can’t connect!
Yet it works fine on a hotspot/ and the AP works fine on any other devices!
