Can't access Ring streaming over cell network

I have a Ring camera installed at the side of my house. I receive notifications that it has detected movement but can’t see the streaming video over a cell network… It says “activating device” and stays there. Using this feature over wifi works fine. This feature doesn’t work on either my or my girlfriend’s smartphone.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi @inspgadget. It sounds like this concern is isolated to only your cellular network as it’s working fine when you’re on wifi. I’d suggest making sure you don’t have any VPNs or Bluetooth enabled as these could be interfering with the Live View. You can also find some troubleshooting steps for Live View in our Community Post here, but you may need to contact your cellular provider if this concern continues as it’s not occurring on wifi. :slight_smile:
