Ring Door bell 2, I can access the live view from my door bell when I am on wifi at home or away, but when I am on 4g, I will just receive the notification but can’t access the live view. Since I can get the live view when I am on any 3rd party wifi, there is no issue with device internet connectivity. My phone download and upload speed is 25mbps/10mbps. I have already tried re installing the ring app on my phone but with no luck.
