Cannot view history events on shared Ring doorbell

Cannot view history events on shared doorbell. Three little dots to the right of each entry are missing. Alerts are received as usual.

Hi there, @Linkerbink! When being added as a shared users, you will be able to view videos of devices shared with your as long as the owner is subscribed to a Protect Plan. Additionally, if an even just occurred or a lengthy video is being recorded, please allow some time for those videos to be available for playback. If videos are still not playable, a great next step is to log in at Ring.com via web browser and check your video recordings there. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
