Cannot view history events on shared doorbell. Three little dots to the right of each entry are missing. Alerts are received as usual.
Hi there, @Linkerbink! When being added as a shared users, you will be able to view videos of devices shared with your as long as the owner is subscribed to a Protect Plan. Additionally, if an even just occurred or a lengthy video is being recorded, please allow some time for those videos to be available for playback. If videos are still not playable, a great next step is to log in at Ring.com via web browser and check your video recordings there. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
