Cannot view event history motion videos

Hi there, neighbors. Any time video concerns occur, the best thing to check is the wifi connection during that time. This can be seen in the device health of your Ring app as RSSI. Check out our Community post for tips on optimizing this signal strength.

Please also ensure your Ring device is subscribed to a Protect Plan by logging in at via web browser, and visiting your plans section. While logged in via web browser, check your event history there to ensure events are playing from there. This can rule out many variables.
