Hi I have ring door bell and I cannot get it to setup to my alcatel phone I get to the spinning light and connect to ring network then it won’t connect to phone I’ve tried everything hard reset on doorbell, resetting router nothing works!! Help please!!
Hi @Morgi27, do you have another device you could try connecting the Ring device to? I recommend to download the Ring app on another tablet or phone, log in, and try setting up the device, it may just work for you. If this still does not connect, please reach out to our support team here.
