My door bell cannot connect to the network and I cannot reset it. Help
Hey @JCP! It sounds like the Doorbell might not be powering up. For a battery-powered model please charge it for a few hours. If it is a Doorbell Pro, please ensure the power supply used is 16-24VAC and, of course, power is reaching the device.
