How do I remove a yale z-wave lock from my ring app if the lock is completely dead/malfunction and do not have access to the lock keypad? I’ve replaced the lock with a new one that is now on the ring system, but am stuck viewing the dead lock in my app and cannot remove it. I’m OCD, so hate seeing the dead lock in my app.
Hi @user40724. In the Ring app, navigate to the Alarm Devices list from the menu in the top left and select the Yale lock you wish to remove. From there, tap Device Settings > Advanced Options > Remove Failed Device. This should remove the Yale lock you no longer have. Let me know if that works for you!
