Cannot reconnect ring outdoor sounder/siren

I’ve had my sounder running fine but then removed from wall to install a battery pack not not reconnecting. So removed from my account but now I cannot get it to link back on my account. I just need help please I’ve tried everything aaarrrthhhhh

Hi @Inixon79. If you removed this from your account, you may need to reset the Z-Wave signal on the Outdoor Siren, then re-add it to your Base Station.
