I changed my wifi provider and I cannot reset or reconnect my floodlight. It asks for a pin but I cannot reach it and do not have the box. I cannot get anywhere on the app.
Hi @user43336. Your Floodlight Cam requires that you enter the PIN code to reconnect or change the WiFi it is connected to. You cannot bypass this step. If you no longer have the box, you will have to get the PIN code from the Camera itself, which is on the back of the Camera. If you cannot reach the Camera yourself, a suggestion would be to ask a family member, friend, or neighbor for help.
