Cannot log into my account when using my home wifi public ip address

I am having trouble logging into my ring account on the website and also on the ring app on my cell phone. I did some searching on the community site and saw that someone had similar issue where they could not log in using their house public ip address but could using cellular data since it was a different ip.

I tired the same and was able to log into the ring app on my cell phone but I still cannot log in to the website. It just sits on the login screen and does nothing.

I need help to see if my home public ip address is blocked and how to unblock.

I just tried to log into my account from the website again and it finally went to 2 step authentation and I was able to get in. I assume if public ip address does get blocked that it releases it after a period of time.
