From Ring.com dashboard, when I click Protect Plan tab, after a while the page reverts back to dashboard, I can only get it using Edge Browser, cannot get in using Opera or Firefox. I do not know whether it is the browsers or the webpage. May be someone here will solve this.
Hi @ukbirdflu. Are you able to view and make any needed changes to your Ring Protect plan on the Edge browser, since it is loading on there? For your other browsers, we recommend ensuring they’re both updated and if you have any VPNs, make sure they’re disabled.
