Cannot link MyQ to Ring?

I had opened MyQ app on the phone and clicked on “works with” and selected ring. It opened the ring app, but no connection way made?

I also shared with another user. They downloaded the ring app. Before signing in to my account, Garage door was an option in “set up a device”. After signing in, the option disapeared?

How do I correct this?
