Cannot connect to the wifi

I had to turn off my wifi earlier for a short time now it’s back on and the wifi is working perfectly with all devices bar our ring. It will not connect no matter what I do.

Hi there, @Suziechill! In most cases, simply waiting some time will allow your Ring devices to automatically reconnect. Try also powering off your router once more, then turning it back on. This can help clear up any network obstacles for your Ring devices. As your other in home devices connected just fine, the Ring device should too.
