Cannot connect to internet

Hi @jewellbox. If your Doorbell Pro is offline and not reconnecting to wifi, try the following steps: - If you do not see the option to [reconnect it to wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network), verify that you are using the account that is set up as the owner. Shared Users cannot reconnect the device to wifi. - Reboot your Pro by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds. - Reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in.
