Cannot access my account on my iphone

Keep getting message “something went wrong, try again” although I am able to access my account on my laptop. The Ring app did not recognize my address, so I deleted and reinstalled the app and now cannot access the Ring app on my phone

Hi @edzoocator. Do you have a VPN enabled or any specific security settings on your phone? A VPN will impact your ability to connect to and use the Ring App, as the Ring App is not compatible with VPNs. I’d also recommend ensuring your phone’s OS and the Ring App is fully updated.
