Cannot access device stream or settings after last update.

Doorbell shows online, cannont load device health, cannot load live stream or review motion detected. Dashboard says connection issues… The device is online, but I cant access any of the features… I am using an Iphone 11 pro, my wife has an Iphone 10 - both having the same issue. Needs to be fixed!.

Hey @ReadytoShread. Could you try connecting to the app on mobile data only, or trying on wifi if you have not already? If the app still refuses to load, please remove the Ring app from your phone, reboot your phone and then reinstall the app. Let me know if you’re able to load your settings from there! :slight_smile:
