Cannot access device stream or settings after last update.

I changed my network name and password and now the Base Station is on “Cellular Backup.” I am responding here because the app has no option for Device Health wrt to the Base Station. I cannot get to that screen in the app. instead it has mostly blank screen saying Cellular Back-up.

I also cannot figure out how to change the network for the doorbell.

Similar to you, I am using Apple. iOS… 13.7

Is this a compatibility problem?!?!?
