Just installed doorbell 2020. The app on my phone works fine, can watch live, events, options for setup, the whole bit.
Installed Ring on my Windows 10 computer, only given access to events.

For this reason, there will be many more features and options accessible via the mobile Ring app. When using the Ring app on a compatible Mac or Windows 10 machine, there will be less options than on a mobile device, but reviewing events and live viewing should be possible. Please ensure there is not a vpn enabled on your windows device. If your windows computer has ethernet capabilities, try using this network connection method to see if live streaming is better that way. I hope this helps!
