Can’t view my recording videos on my doorbell ring
Why am I unable to c my videos?
I am having the same problem but cant find any help.
I posted the same issue back on 5/13, and still no response or video no matter what device I try to view it with.
After some more investigation, it looks like I’ve been unable to view videos from 4/27 forward. Anything prior worked fine. So on 4/27 something happened to my Ring.
After a factory reset and about 30 minutes of trying to get it back on the network, my Ring now shows video and I’m able to view it in all apps. It looks like it may have updated firmware, even though before the app said it was up to date so who knows.
I can’t watch any videos either. How do I fix this? I’m super frustrated because I’m away from home and I just paid for the plan and now none of the videos will play
