Can’t view live and won’t record anything! Video doorbell 2

As of yesterday my ring video doorbell won’t open live view any more! You press it on the app and it just says awaiting device for ages then eventually just saves a 30 second clip which when played back is just a black screen, yet if you scroll trough the timeline you can see all the screenshots the camera has taken? Has been working absolutely fine for about 7 months before this! Also gives me the notification in the app when it detects motion or when somebody rings the doorbell but again when I open these I get nothing, please help it’s driving me crazy!

Ring has serious problems with Live View being unstable/not working.

They must have introduced a bug in a resent update.

Hi neighbors! This Help Center article here covers lots of tips and tricks on how to help with Live View issues. In addition to trying those steps, try rebooting your internet router by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. Once your wifi has restored, attempt the Live View again.
