Can’t see Doorbell on owners account

I have had my ring doorbell for about 12 months, I am set up as the owner, but when I log into my ring app it doesn’t show any devices.

Other users can still see the device on their app.

So I can’t add or remove anyone, nor receive any notifications.


Hi there, @Timgale1980! Try checking the locations section of your Ring app to ensure you are viewing the address which contains your Ring devices. This can be found towards the top of the Ring app dashboard, or top of the Ring app menu, and will reflect location name with a drop down arrow to choose other locations. If you do not see another location available, try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device.
