Can’t hear

So when the doorbell rings I can hear the person at the door but the can’t hear me ? Help please

Hi there, @Steady! Whenever an event is triggered (ring or motion) and you answer to view live, there should be a green answer button that will initiate two way talk. Please ensure to press this to speak to visitors at the Doorbell, as well as ensure that there is no bluetooth devices connected to your mobile device. I recommend also checking your mobile device for Ring app microphone permissions. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
