Can’t get ring doorbell to reset despite fully charging battery

Hi. Had the ring doorbell for a while. Sometimes it goes offline but now I can’t get it to reset at all. Even bought a new battery nothing works. Also the UK phone number in the contact section on the app doesn’t work.

Hi @user35778. When charging the battery, ensure that you charge it for about 8 hours until only the green LED is lit up to indicate that it’s fully charged. To reset your Doorbell, you’ll need to hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After that, attempt a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
