Can’t get access to shared account

I can’t get access to video doorbell. My husband set up the account and shared it with me but I can’t access it.

Hi @user43327. Are you on the correct Location? An alternate Location can be inadvertently created sometimes when adding shared users. On the owners account, does it show that you have access to devices? Also, be sure that you are following the steps listed in this Help Center article here to correct add a Shared User. You may need to delete any previous emails/attempts and start over.
