Can’t find device anymore

So I didn’t have my ring doorbell charged for like a month so now it’s not even showing I have any devices anymore on my app. When I scan the QR code on the device I have it’s saying it belongs to someone aka me but It’s not listed on my app as a device it’s totally blank.

Hi @user65900. It sounds like you either toggled to an empty Location in the Ring app, or you’ve signed into a different Ring account. First tap on the Location name in the top center of the Ring app and navigate to the Location that your Doorbell is set up under. If that’s the only Location, then you may have logged into the wrong Ring account. Verify which email address your account is set up with and ensure you are signing into the right one.
