Can’t enter a phone number

I’m trying to enter a phone number to sign up for professional monitoring but it wouldn’t accept the number. I’m in Canada and it’s clearly looking for a US number. There’s no option to change this to Canada and my account is of course set up as Canada.

Any advice? Thanks!

Hey @TomYEG. Could you try signing up for Professional Monitoring on the website instead of the app to see if this helps? Our team is currently working on this concern that we see on the iOS side of things, and signing up for Monitoring through the website is a great work around for you to utilize now to sign up! You will go to, login at the top right and once logged in, hover over your name at the top right and click on Settings > Monitoring. :slight_smile:
