Can’t connect

Fed up with this…tried multiple times! My camera just keeps turning red blue green……
Please don’t tell me to hold the button down for 2o seconds!
It states it’s in set up mode and nothing changes!!…
This camera hasn’t been used….I keep trying but it doesn’t work…any ideas please?

Hi @user74283. Which model of Ring camera is this? You can find the device name on the original packaging, or on the back of the camera. Holding the setup button down for 20 seconds is how you perform a full reset. After that, you would need to walk through the steps in the Ring app under Set Up a Device. What part of the setup process are you getting stuck at? Feel free to share a screenshot of what you’re seeing in the Ring app.
